服務不到位。因為出行計劃原因，加了一天，前台續住，登記車牌號，方便我們出來抬桿放行。怕前台忘記，又反覆告知。今天出來時候還是在計費，反覆給前台打電話，怎麼也打不通，後面車輛被我們堵着也出不去。着急生氣，本來好好的心情一下子都壞了。最後衹能繳費，車停邊上，氣不打一處來，跑到前台吵了一架，現在心情還是不好，這種客人反覆強調的話，也不放在心上，耽誤時間和心情，下次是不會去了。

乾淨整潔服務好，早餐7點多才開始有點遲，着急趕路沒吃到。前台服務專業熱情。就是訂房時比較倉促，沒仔細選一下，可能是特價房，房間位置在犄角旮旯角落裡，房型不大氣，自己感覺有點對不住親戚😅
