Chengxian Hotel (Nanjing Presidential Palace Southeast University Branch)

Chengxian hotel is located very conveniently in Sipailou. Staff were very friendly. However no iron board or iron was given.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were as advertised and the location was super convenient to get around the main attractions of Nanjing. There is an Metro station and several bus stations nearby! I would definitely stay here again when I return to Nanjing.

It was a nice stay at Chengxian hotel. The room and service was good but the only problem was the washroom hole couldn’t pull out the Easter water immediately and was staying there for a while

Its affordable and just a kilometer away from downtown Xinjiekou and fuzimiao. You can also go for a walk to xuanwu lake as its really bear and don't forget to visit Jiming temple because its neighboring Xuawu lake.

The location is great. Metro is quite close from the hotel, just 2-3 minutes. Major attraction also close to the hotel, you can take Didi or Metro. Most important, the hotel also close to Nanjing Station. Very recommended for short stay in Nanjing. Good value of money

I had some inital trouble locating the hotel as its lobby does not look like that of a hotel. That first odd impression aside, I found the room and bathroom to be decent and clean, though both could use some updating. The common areas look as odd as the lobby, but I only passed through them on my way out. The hotel is centrally located and close to the 1912 entertainment area which is quite nice. Overall, a decent enough stay, though the hotel could use some revamping of its rooms and presentation to guests.
