Mercure Hotel (Nanjing Xinjiekou Bojin)

Needless to say, the location is right at Xinjiekou. Whether you are going out to eat, shopping to Deji Plaza or traveling to the subway station, it is just a few steps away. The hotel rooms are very new, and the facilities are very thoughtful and detailed, not inferior to some five-star hotels. The breakfast menu is rich and delicious, ranging from beef noodles to Western-style bacon, and the children love it. Personally, I am quite satisfied with the hotel's front desk service. The professional customer service attaches great importance to our stay experience and responds to our needs in a timely manner. There is nothing better than feeling at home👍

整體都很滿意，我是來自馬來西亞，習慣開空調睡覺，唯一不足的是空調無法調比較低温，我能理解所以問題不大

交通方便，酒店服務很到位

從一進酒店大堂到退房的整體過程酒店前台的服務都很一流，不得不給五顆大星。每位工作人員都很敬業和專業，讓我們不衹是來住個酒店也讓我們很放心的當成有回“家”的感覺。 特別是要大力讚賞前台的服務員，我們衹記下了一位，趙小姐，還有check in 和退房時的一位男士服務員，客房清理的阿姨。mercure hotel xinjiekou 整個團隊都很棒！ 他們不僅僅衹是幫我們辦入住和退房手續，他們也很盡責的一直關心我們在住的過程和對房間的滿意度。還有我們放了請勿打擾想説兩晚就沒叫客房打掃了，但是要求阿姨送了幾瓶礦泉水給我們，阿姨拿了水過來還offer我們要不要讓她打掃下,這也讓我們覺得他們不衹是做工而做，他們真的太盡責了，這兩晚的過程不衹是酒店住的很舒服，他們也很親切，讓我們在南京的這三天沒有hassle,安心的旅遊😌 大力推薦這家酒店！ Fully unexpected but their service comparable with the 5star hotel. Impressed and will return again!!!
