前台，客房、餐廳，一樓接待熱情，温馨舒適！交通便利，去中山陵，雞公祠，玄武湖都很便利，地鐵站就在樓下的商場，下次還會來。

來德基看藝術博物館或者逛店的最佳選擇，行政酒廊的最佳優勢是即使週六人流較多的情況用餐環境也會比較安靜，人不會嘈雜，至於餐品就喜好各不同吧，個人最滿意早餐吧，要是加兩樣炒青菜就更好了，酒店服務還是不錯的

設施和環境一流，頂級的服務，禮賓部的 Bruce Sun 特別值得讚賞，前台服務熱情有禮，很喜歡南京麗思卡爾頓酒店。但有一件很遺憾的事，4月6號，為了趕高鐵，六點半去吃早餐，拿了兩塊薰鮭魚 （lox），吃了第一塊，感覺味道酸臭酸臭的，判斷是前一天剩下的食物沒有處理好，就沒敢吃第二塊。等我到下一個城市住進酒店，大約在中午過後，突然嚴重上吐下瀉，持續約兩小時，我們是退休的醫生，判斷是急性****，隔夜食物沒處理好，這在極高檔的酒店是不應該發生的。

服務非常糟糕，估計是內部管理出了問題，非節假日晚上7點多入住還要排隊等10分鐘以上，所有服務都非常機械流程，假笑，一堆話術做足，本來不打算投訴，售後也是這樣，流程做的很足，就是非常讓人體驗不真誠，所以決定發上來。
