酒店環境不錯，服務人員服務都很熱情，清潔衞生：客房的床鋪、傢俱、衞生間等各個區域乾淨整潔，無灰塵、污漬和異味，這是最基本也是很重要的一點。
設施維護：客房內的床、空調、電視、淋浴等設施設備完好無損，能正常使用，出現問題時維修人員響應及時。
