飯店環境不錯，老式精美傢俱花式玻璃幕牆民國曆史照片配上柔和光影效果很有情調氣氛，陳益博、陳慶輝、喬興意等幾位服務員青春靚麗，周到熱情，講解介紹，把我們帶進了上個世紀民國年代。謝謝了。餐廳服務員禮貌熱情，晚餐和早餐吃的食材口味都很好。廚師水平高。打掃衞生的客房保潔員，送歡迎水果飲料來房間的客房服務員都很有氣質修養，過道里遇到的每一個飯店的員工都彬彬有禮笑臉相迎。表現出整體水平很高。贊一個。

南京中央飯店建於1929年，就憑這一點就值得入住這間有歷史故事，民國風格的酒店了。酒店早餐很健康，選擇也多，工作人員態度很好，特別要感謝張江濤，喬興意，陳益博，唐思佳，入住期間，他們會詢問有什麼意見可以提供幫助他們改進，另外我在大雨期間困在南京博物院，他們善解人意的幫我解決了延遲退房的申請，還安撫客人不用擔心。
