已經多次入住了，性價比高，房間比較舒適，衞浴分離，比較方便使用，最吸引的是酒店的早餐，真的非常豐富，光是早餐就值得打卡，希望這點南凱能一直保持！

酒店雖然比較新，但有種城郊的感覺，對比杭州的風景很一般啊，連進房間都需要轉電梯，加上房間的洗漱用品都沒有及時更新，護髮素都空瓶了。

酒店位置還不錯。離地鐵也不遠，鬧中取靜，設施都比較新，比較好，房間寬敞，床鋪舒適，早餐也不錯。服務一般吧。

是個很新的酒店，裝修不錯，酒店電梯需要換乘，回房間，去吃飯都要換，感覺很不方便，外賣要客人到一樓自己取，然後電梯需要換乘，很崩潰，下次不會再住了

首次遇到早餐服務員不帶位，自己進去找空位、五樓大堂吧燈都不開的所謂五星，禮賓服務等於沒有，早餐四樓，前台五樓，吃完早餐開車出去的話還要再上樓去做免費停車操作！提出約定一個時間讓前台操作好這樣早餐後就可以直接可以去b3停車場的要求後，（大概也就是空一個二十分鐘左右的早餐時間）前台表示她説不定到了約定時間會忘記。真是呵呵🙄總體來説雖然是 19 年開業的但毫無服務意識跟個國營大飯店似的，酒店亂七八糟的人也多，衞生也一般浴巾也不那麼乾淨。非常差嚴重不推薦！

入住的房間有異味，換了兩次房間，第一次換了一間窗外有大平台機箱的房間，直接拒絕。第二次換了一間依然有很大味道，像打掃阿姨拿着沒洗乾淨的抹布擦了之後幹掉的味道，捂着的餿味。
入住第二天下雨，房間內衹有一把單人傘，那麼小的傘衹放一把…..是在開什麼玩笑嗎？問樓下大堂借傘，還陰陽怪氣的説一句房間內有傘。傘大的話我需要問你借？更差一點是，借來的傘還是壞掉的，凱賓斯基的傘質量就是這麼差的嗎？
晚上在房間內準備睡覺，突然有個健身房的服務員來敲門説來拿什麼游泳的浴巾？結果是隔壁房間，敲錯了門……能不能搞清楚一點狀況再來？？大晚上被敲門真的很恐怖。
第三天退房，從五樓大廳下一樓大堂，電梯內驚現嘔吐物無人處理，這真的很令人下頭。。。
這就是江蘇凱賓斯基酒店的水平是嗎？簡直拉垮一整個酒店品牌。太避雷了，以後不可能再來了。
