設施：淋浴間下水道是堵的，一洗澡就積水，半天才能漏完，洗手枱也是沒法打開的，要直接把水漏拿掉，整個房間燈光十分昏暗，跟照片裏兩碼事，住進去整個人心情都不好了，半夜中央空調異響不停。
環境：門口在修地鐵，交通很不方便，酒店吃正餐還得出門去隔壁。
服務：標榜四星級酒店，結果連給瓶水都吝嗇，房間兩瓶水不夠喝下樓找前台要，一個旁邊站着的像是經理的男的那臉色就像我欠他多少錢似的，板著臉問我你們房間多少人，然後不情不願讓前台拿了兩瓶水，然後我前一天交代前台讓阿姨放四瓶水在房間，根本沒照辦，這是四星級酒店的服務嗎，簡直連路邊小賓館都不如，然後我用了攜程的房型升級，給我升了個樓層高結果面積一樣小，佈局不好的角落房，沒有一件服務讓人滿意的。
