The lady at reception does not communicate effectively also does not try to take out a translator to understand what you are saying.The rooms are clean i did however see spider webs at the corner of the roof.Checking in took longer than it would at other hotels.The lady at reception did not mind taking a look at us when we gave her the room key because she was texting,i had to say we are leaving as we entered the elevator.No thank you no well wishes.She dressed very casually and unprofessional and so was her service and people skills.We will never stay here again because of these grievances.
