設施和環境都是一流的，國慶節的南京能找到這麼個人少空氣好的地方簡直是奇蹟。
鐘山樓大概是新樓，所以各種設施都很好，還有智能馬桶蓋和杯子的消毒櫃，浴室是毛絨吸水地墊而不是地巾好評，梔子花香味的洗護用品也很棒。
服務人員都很熱情，但估計是管理層拍了腦袋，所以有些服務項目完全沒有必要，比如入住前加微信，還拉羣（羣裏除了我都是酒店工作人員，毫無必要啊），這也不是度假酒店，每天有各種不同的活動需要通知，加客人微信還不如入住登記的時候給張寫清楚餐廳地鐵班車時間表的地圖。

風景太喜歡了，山清水秀、桂花香味撲鼻，沿着藍色小路行走有種在森林裏的感覺，水上高爾夫項目也很驚艷，擺渡車師傅會説古詩，就是第一天接待的前台服務差點意思、還有老國企的風格，不夠熱情，每位客人會拉一個14人的微信服務羣，社恐的人估計不好意思説話，不過比較快速可以服務還不錯，總之環境特別好、山水有靈氣、人也不那麼多、還會再來！
