對酒店服務非常滿意👍。 衞生很好，服務人員特別好。值得表揚👍。本來早上房間已經清潔過了，因我們個人原因要接見朋友，就又一次麻煩服務人員幫忙清潔，她們一點怨言都沒有，這兩位服務員是盧靜，曹桂春。 再次感謝你們兩位在工作量規定之外還幫助了我。 下次再來南京，一定還住開元酒店。

老牌五星酒店，開元酒店一貫的好服務，好品質，房間寬大舒適。酒店位置在浦口開發區，離市中心自駕遊30分鐘車程，去各大景區沒這麼方便。

非常滿意，大堂服務態度很好，每個問題回答的很耐心，進了房間能看到一盒裝滿了各式各樣水果的拼盤以及牛奶。早餐味道不錯，值得一試，餐廳經理靜靜還很貼心的送了蛋糕，點個贊！總之十分滿意
