設施：異常老舊，彷彿來到了鄉下親戚的家裡，燈衹有白熾燈，空調異響打不熱
衞生：都是灰和沒打掃乾淨的垃圾，陽台也很噁心，衞生間反臭
環境：除了店外面的噴泉好看，進入大廳和到房間裏都很陰森，玩過密室的都知道是廢棄了的感覺
定給外地朋友住的，想着位置不錯，但跟幾年前改造的大不一樣了，對朋友感到非常不好意思，高淳酒店價格其實都不高，但是這個酒店確實衹值旅館的錢了，沒必要開下去了這肯定也不賺錢，不會有回頭客的。建議老闆降價或者改造吧太坑了。
晚上剛入住覺得實在勉強住不了想幫朋友重定一家，提出給商家100元把房間退了也是不可以的，蠻無奈的這酒店讓人，勸退了大家

不推薦，真心不推薦！房間設施陳舊，電視桌腿都斷了兩根，空調開到半夜莫名咯吱咯吱的響，沒辦法戴了耳塞才睡下去。房間冷，周圍環境更冷，晚上就餐的客人在餐廳唱卡拉OK唱到九點多，打電話説了好幾次都不走，我真是服了！

預先訂了兩件豪華標間是二層樓，達到酒店時酒店給安排到一層兩間，房型與事先預訂不同，其中一間説是給升級了大套房，這也罷了！實際情況是套房衞生間拉門一扇門軌道是脱落的，根本關不上，且搖晃着高度不安全，向服務員反應説早都報上去了沒有維修。始終也沒看到前台有管理員反應，前台基本是沒有人的。除此，沙發上發現兩衹蜈蚣，總之房間衞生非常之差，我至今住過的民宿最差的，價格不菲實在是與豪華很牽強！除此還有很多細節之差不贅述了！
