The room facilities are OK, but not like the one that opened last year. No one answered the front desk phone, and no one was there when I went down to the front desk twice. The hygiene is really bad, the bathroom glass is all dirty, and the previous guest's paper towels and toothbrushes were not collected. The remote control has no batteries, so why did you install a projector, is it a decoration?
