地理位置好，出行都很方便，環境也很好

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and it's understandable that there weren't any rooms available. Later, after 2:00 PM, we called the front desk and were told there were no rooms available and we had to wait 40 minutes for cleaning. We waited, but after over an hour, it still hadn't been cleaned. The two waiters were chatting amongst themselves and said nothing about how long we'd been waiting. Only when we got angry and asked did they finally help us urge them. They said a room had been cleaned a long time ago. We asked why they hadn't told us earlier, making us wait so long. We then saw that many rooms were empty, but they wouldn't give us one, saying someone else had booked it. Didn't we also book in advance? Since we booked on Ctrip, they probably wouldn't give us one even if there was a room. They deliberately made us wait so long without saying anything! Afraid! The management is truly terrible!
