酒店在明發廣場裏面，環境比較雜亂。裏面的格局和開窗也有些奇怪的。衞生一般吧，距離南京南站但是很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。

設施：房間沒有窗户，但是設施齊全，有洗衣房和餐廳，桌椅也都有（但是高度不太匹配）
衞生：乾淨整潔，沒有污漬
環境：離南京南站很近，走路10分鐘左右，出行方便

前台姐姐微笑服務熱情周到，酒店有免費洗衣房，免費停車，交通便利，早餐好吃。咖啡很好喝，還能免費寄存行李，服務很好，奈斯！

房間的衞生條件和房間設施比想象好很多，可能因為才裝修過。前台服務態度還不錯，就是隔音相對來説差點意思，位置相對有點偏，這個價格住這樣酒店已經遠遠超出預期。
