The room had just been renovated and there was a smell of formaldehyde as soon as I entered the lobby. I rushed to Nanjing and dragged my luggage to find a small building in the next park. The room card could not be swiped and I waited for a long time. The staff was making it hot and stuffy and my feet hurt. I asked to change rooms and they said it would be done soon and I didn't need to change. I turned on the air conditioner at night, and the fan kept whirring for 20 minutes, which made me unable to sleep. The sound insulation was also poor. People were talking in the corridor outside and snoring next door. Please be clear. I turned off the air conditioner and woke up twice in the middle of the night because of the heat. I checked out in the morning and asked the hotel to deal with it, but they refused to negotiate, did not admit that there was a problem, and had a bad attitude, so I called the police.
