The hotel is high-end and has a great environment. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Zhao's front desk service is very thoughtful. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic, and the waiters are very polite. My family and I feel that the Fengchao is worthy of being the first choice in Nanjing, which is really great.

This hotel is really great. The facilities are v new and superb. The decor has many details filled with aesthetic creativity. For example, I love the way they put a rectangular ring of light behind the TV which makes the room look very tasteful and elegant. The slanted roof of the room supported by beams is another marvel, giving the room a mixed classical Japanese and Chinese ambience. The staff is very nice and detail-oriented, giving me milk before bed and a hand-written wishing card. I love the hotel. For such services and architectural excellence,the price of 1200hkd is absolutely a bargain.

The child asked to soak in hot springs in Nanjing, so Nanjing Xiangzhang Huaping Hotel was chosen. Before check-in, the staff will take the initiative to contact, warmly welcome on the day of check-in, and then take the shuttle bus to the single-family villa on the mountain. We stayed in Huilongju. Good environment: quiet mountain forest, spacious single-family villa, private soup, start a small Bali island to escape the world and soak in hot springs. 24-hour hot springs are provided, 24-hour butler service, and all staff services are particularly good. The service is on call to meet various needs. Special praise for the staff Xiao He. Breakfast can be delivered to the villa for enjoyment, and the menu can be reserved in advance to choose the type and time. Rich and freshly cooked buffet breakfast, breakfast is simply the ceiling. There is also a welcome afternoon tea, biscuits, and drinks when checking in. Dinner was eaten at the hotel, which is Huaiyang cuisine, which is delicious. Let's talk about the shortcomings of the hotel. The hot spring facilities are not temperature-controlled, and the paintings on the head of the bed are characters. The child said that there was a person on the head of the bed at night, which was a bit scary. I told him that it was a decoration, and then it was okay. There is also no hand sanitizer next to the sink in the bathroom, and other daily necessities are met. The pillow was too high for the kid, so we folded some clothes for him to sleep on. The overall stay was good! The service was great!

Pros: 1) located right inside the Jiangsu garden expo 2) Breakfast is delicious and lot of varieties 3) services is good, especially shout out to the front receptionist name Lucy, very friendly and helpful, also others hotel staff all very friendly 4) lovely interior 5) hot spring eventhou not many choices but still ok Cons 1) no restaurant available nearby, only got KFC 2) outside delivery need pick up ownself at the main gate eventhou drive by the hotel staff but still very troublesome for guests like me who have 3 kids 3) indoor Swimming pool is not enough heated, water temperature should be around 20+ degree which quite cold when outside temp is at 9~15 degree 4) room wise ac temperature is not working, lucky the weather still quite cold so I don't bother to contact the hotel to complain , just open the window overall for the Westin hotel brand, I'm quite disappointed on the facilities and rooms, but services not bad, and hotel staff are friendly

I felt the meticulous, patient and professional service from everyone in your hotel. I especially thank the handsome manager on duty in the lobby on the day of check-in, who upgraded our room after a long wait. I also thank Robin for his help during my stay. It was a pleasant trip.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Rachamankah Hotel recently, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst stunning mountains, the breathtaking views from the hotel left me in awe. The modern and stylish rooms, equipped with top-notch amenities, ensured a comfortable stay throughout. For nature enthusiasts, this hotel is a haven, with its proximity to some fantastic hiking routes. The Thai cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful culinary journey. The flavors were exquisite, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious dishes. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by the friendly hotel staff. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our time at Rachamankah Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in the mountains.

The hotel is located in the middle of the Garden Expo Park, close to Suyun Thirteen Gardens, and is a ten-minute walk away. The hotel has a strong sense of architectural design, and many components are made by 3D printing. Our room is at the end of the north area, facing Suyun Thirteen Gardens, with a good view, a large room area, and good facilities: electric curtains, human body sensing lighting, dimming lighting, and smart toilets. During the Spring Festival holiday, there were many people for breakfast, and the food was quite rich, and the service attitude was very good. There are three outdoor hot spring pools and two indoor hot spring pools. Yangshan Beicai Double Ticket: Worth a visit.

Overall it was good, especially during the Spring Festival there was a fireworks show in the park, which was especially worth it. There are many beautiful places in the Garden Expo Park, some of which look like planets in Alien. What needs to be complained is that there were too many people during the Spring Festival, and we had to wait until after 5 pm to check in. The quality of the breakfast was average, but the environment was good.

The room is quite big, and the private hot spring outside is very enjoyable. The only drawback is that the minibar actually costs money. The minibar of a hotel at this price actually costs money! How can Marriott be so poor? Hahaha. The private hot spring needs to be filled 1-2 hours in advance. You can call the hotel front desk to help fill the water. The hotel gave rose tea when you checked in, but we arrived late and the tea was already cold🥲🥲🥲 The breakfast is quite good. I recommend ordering a bowl of duck blood vermicelli soup and small wontons. It feels quite local😆 The steak and pork neck are also delicious. The Garden Expo Park outside is suitable for a walk when the weather is good, riding a small electric bike, and riding a small train. It's quite interesting. I still have to be picky about this minibar. It actually costs money, it actually costs money, it's really stingy😒
