Thank you for a great stay in this wonderful hotel, it fulfilled all my requirements with an exceptional staff always ready to help with their best service, very clean and organised with great standards.teh food is good and I highly recommend it for breakfast. honestly couldn't find a better hotel for my 1st stay in China . Thanks you. I'll be returning soon

The location is excellent. Just a few minutes' walk to the left, and you'll reach the 'Love Tree.' To the right, you can easily hail a taxi right outside the main entrance. Let's start with the positives. The female housekeeping staff were all incredibly kind and enthusiastic – truly fantastic! The front desk staff, both male and female, communicated with a very calm and gentle tone. My only less pleasant experience was with an older male staff member, who seemed like a steward or manager. He would stare directly at guests without any discretion, which I found very impolite!!! Does he think he owns the place and is wearing multiple hats? That really shouldn't be the case. If this role isn't essential, it could surely be filled by more tall (186cm), refined, fair-skinned, handsome young men who understand personal boundaries. There are plenty of young people looking for such opportunities. He reminded me of a male cashier from a less refined place, like the 'Red Bottle Teahouse' at the alley entrance. In such an elegant hotel setting, staff should truly interact with guests gracefully, politely, and with a clear sense of personal boundaries. Familiarity should never lead to disrespect or overstep proper etiquette.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and Fuzhou Station, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast variety is not large, but it is still rich! Booked during the Spring Festival, there is no twin room, and no extra bed, but at least you can give me a bed quilt. Even the quilt was not given, so I could only put 2 sofa chairs next to the bed, and the family of three slept next to each other for one night! The store should be well prepared, in terms of service

Best location to visit Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian. Sanfangqixiang is the pedestrian only, cultural heart of Fuzhou and is beautiful day and night. Called the hotel after taxi driver dropped us off and receptionist told us to wait at the McDonald’s. A golf cart came to pick us up within 5 minutes. Boutique hotel in a majestic historic manor with exceptional front desk service. Breakfast was delicious with foochow fishballs and other local specialty. Fuzhou people are friendly and helpful.

The overall service of the hotel is thoughtful and considerate. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They actively help to carry luggage, which makes people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety and exquisitely matched, from the tableware to the selection of ingredients. The only small regret is that the sound insulation of the rooms on the first floor is slightly insufficient, and occasionally you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs. It is recommended that guests who pay attention to sleep quality give priority to the rooms on the second floor. Overall, it is a humane hotel. It would be more perfect if the sound insulation of the floors could be strengthened in the details.

The location is amazing, very close to Sanfang Qixiang, but very quiet on the Zhuzi Alley side. It was converted into a hotel a few years ago. It has only 38 rooms, small but exquisite. The staff are very friendly. During the National Day holiday, I took the children to do handicrafts. Because we checked in before the National Day, they upgraded our room type. Thank you very much.

nothing bad about this place, except the wall sound proofing is a little weak. loud kids from next door and luggage noise from hallway can be an issue for some light sleeper. no breakfast within walking distance for early riser. next door fishball soup shop opens only at 10am, and nearby starbucks at 730am. plenty of street and restaurants for lunch and dinner. staff was very helpful.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel's service exceeded all expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; to our pleasant surprise, they even upgraded our room for free! The room itself was exceptionally spacious, featuring not only a comfortable bed but also a dining table and a dedicated workspace. It felt both like a cozy home and was perfectly suited for business travel. What's even cooler is the robot room service, adding a futuristic touch and amazing convenience. The complimentary mini-bar, stocked with a variety of drinks, was a very generous touch. I'll definitely make this my top choice for future visits. Highly recommend!

The hotel was renovated from an old house in the Qing Dynasty. It is quiet in the bustling Sanfang Qixiang. It is very simple and convenient. It is also close to the subway. We were upgraded to a courtyard room with new Chinese + French decoration. It is also very nice to sit and bask in the sun when we are free. It is on the first floor of an old wooden house. The only small problem is the sound insulation, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits. The room has free drinks and snacks. You can choose Chinese or Western breakfast. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic.

Atour is my absolute go-to for every trip; I wouldn't even consider other hotels. I'm incredibly particular about my bed and pillows – if they're not right, I simply can't sleep. Fun fact: I even use Atour pillows at home! Their service is consistently outstanding. The front desk team, both male and female staff, are always polite and incredibly thoughtful. Luggage storage is a breeze. To really dive into the local culinary scene, I sometimes order five or six different food deliveries in a single day – honestly, it gets to the point where I feel a bit sheepish! Once, when the robots couldn't keep up, a staff member even personally delivered an order to my room, haha. The Atour branch near Sanfang Qixiang is perfectly situated, offering super convenient access to the subway, major attractions, and fantastic local eateries. For all you solo adventurers out there, don't hesitate – book this hotel! Seriously, you can trust my recommendation! I've already arrived in Xiamen for my trip and guess what?
