There are welcome fruits and four bottles of purified water upon check-in. The hotel staff had a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The set meals were very filling and the dishes tasted good. The only drawback was that on the day we checked in, the restaurant did not have enough crabs that had been reserved by multiple groups of guests including ours, which caused dissatisfaction among some diners. However, the hotel staff handled the situation proactively and sincerely, and we finally tasted the crabs the next day. They were delicious and of excellent quality, and we even ordered a few more to take home. When we checked out, the hotel also gave us a box of Sunshine Rose fruit. The overall stay experience was very good.

Special thanks to Odette, the concierge, who warmly explained the Executive Floor benefits and even greeted me personally. Matthew’s efficient check-in at the Executive Lounge was smooth, and the 56th-floor breakfast with city views was fantastic. The restaurant manager was also very welcoming. A big thanks to my housekeeper, Xiao Yi小艺! I’ll definitely choose Jinling Hotel again.

This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and intelligent, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The staff is warm and thoughtful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The breakfast is rich and varied, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles. The price-performance ratio is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended! The elevator is too slow. Although there are three, they are relatively small and there are many floors. The breakfast area is still under renovation and has a bit of smell.

Its location is superb, just a short walk from the subway station and very close to major tourist attractions, especially Deji Plaza.

The room was impeccably clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, allowing me to fall asleep almost instantly. Excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful stay, completely undisturbed by any outside noise. All amenities were fully functional; the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The thoughtfully designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom, along with other small touches, truly showed the care put into the guest experience.

I brought my sister here for a trip before university started. We heard they offer quite a spread, boasting five meals a day. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, while lunch and afternoon tea were just average. The service was genuinely thoughtful and incredibly responsive – they truly catered to our every need! A huge shout-out to our driver! He was incredibly eloquent, sharing fascinating insights into Nanjing's history throughout our rides. My sister remarked that he clearly not only loves his job but also has a deep passion for Nanjing! Staying at The Ritz-Carlton made it incredibly convenient to visit places like Deji Plaza, Jiming Temple, and the Nanjing Museum. Oh, and a side note: the hotel toothbrushes were surprisingly the most comfortable we've ever used!

The floor-to-ceiling windows are so big that you can enjoy the night view. The location is fantastic. Exit 21 of Xinjiekou is right downstairs, and you can take Line 1 directly to Nanjing South Railway Station. It's also close to all the attractions and very convenient. I recommend it to everyone if you don't want to walk too much. Hahaha
