這個賓館的環境很好，就在北湖公園旁邊，特別表揚一下前台的工作人員，因為提前在網上定好房間需要寄個快遞讓前台幫助代收一下，打電話給前台説明情況後服務態度很好，到達當天除了隨身行李，加上之前的快遞，行李比較多，前台的服務人員主動幫忙找行李車，在有大堂人員幫忙的情況下，還一直送到電梯口，漂亮的小妹妹整個過程都面帶微笑，讓你感覺如沐春風，大堂小哥也是同樣的態度，服務很到位，我住過那麼多五星的酒店都很少有他們的服務標準，如果還有機會去南充，北湖賓館還是我的首選，因為本人沒有拍照片的習慣，所以就不上圖了。

房間如同我的心情一樣，總是那麼乾淨整潔，毫無瑕疵～ 😜🏠，每次入住都是好心情，旁邊就是北湖公園，大自然和現代都市的結合，酒店樓上就能俯瞰整個公園。

第一次到南充出差，這酒店前台和服務員服務很好，很熱情的幫助解決問題，早餐也很豐富。保安都很熱情的指揮車輛停車，出門周邊也方便，對面就是萬達。唯一不好就是充電車位油車佔位太多，而且充電電價非常高1.8元一度（充充有電）。

Super Lage und freundliches Personal. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass man im Winter die Belüftung im Zimmer nicht richtig einstellen konnte, sodass es im Zimmer immer viel zu warm war.

設施：相當不錯的老牌迎賓館，南充曾經是我大學時代度過的地方，這次帶着媳婦孩子故地重遊，選擇了北湖賓館，重新裝修過後的荷花樓內部富麗堂皇，厚重大氣，典雅而不失大氣，一家人都讚不絕口。
衞生：相當乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，浴巾浴袍乾淨整潔，小套間設計得當，住起來相當舒心。
環境：畢竟是迎賓館，綠化和細節能看出來，非常用心，剛下過雨的清晨，綠意盎然，完美。
服務：管家服務得體，禮貌而不失尊重。特別提出那一碗早餐的南充粉，還是熟悉的味道，比起街面上的更勝一籌。
