優點：房間很新，全屋智能化設施，衞生乾淨。早餐中規中矩。離火車站很近。
缺點：辦理入住時特意説需要安靜一點的房間，還是給了臨街非常吵鬧的房間，旁邊的房間在打牌，聲音很大，後面提出來才給換。換的房間不知是太久沒有人入住還是其他原因，非常悶。空調衹能製冷。
