Nanchang Hotels with Pools

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

It feels run-down, not as good as before. When I checked in, the front desk looked indifferent. Not very popular. The decoration is old. The hot spring ♨️ only opened three pools on the day... No wonder no one went there. As the last stop of the trip to Jiangxi, it was a bit disappointing 😞.

The hotel is in a great location, Wanda Plaza is only a three-minute walk away, and there are many places to eat nearby. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk lady Jasmine is very professional and enthusiastic, and she is always there. I give her 10 out of 5!!! I will stay at Wanda Hotel next time~

Before coming here, I read that the reviews of Nanchang hotels were not very good. I didn't expect it at first, but I didn't expect that this stay experience was very good 👍. The hotel is located in Qingshan Lake Scenic Area, and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. Although it is not in the central area, the hotel is surrounded by the lake, quiet and pleasant, very suitable for rest. After arriving at the hotel, I was upgraded to an executive room. The staff's service attitude was friendly. Because there was no need to clean the room, after turning on the do not disturb light, the service staff specially wrote a note to ask, and the front desk also called to ask. The stay experience was very good and very satisfactory, especially the luggage delivery service at the West Station was provided, which was convenient for leaving Nanchang on the day of travel. The hotel breakfast is until 10 o'clock, and it is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. In winter, the hotel has hot air, and the room will not be cold.

I booked a deluxe king-size bed room, which was upgraded to a suite for free. You can see the Ganjiang River from the window. The environment is very quiet at night. The room facilities are outrageous:). They even prepared umbrellas and matches for customers. When I checked in, the hotel had stopped heating, but it happened to be cold weather. I asked the front desk, and they kindly sent me an electric heater. In short, both the hardware facilities and software services are almost perfect. The location of the hotel is also quite good. It is adjacent to Qiushui Square in the east and the subway station in the south. It is very convenient to travel and safe (the municipal government building is right next to it). My only complaint is that I wanted to stay for another night, but they were full, so I had to leave reluctantly.
