The hotel did not have a website or email address and also did not appear on the Radisson site or app. Upon arrival, it required quite some discussions with front desk staff and the manager (plus written proof) to convince them of the privileges for VIP (top status level) members of the Radisson Rewards program, which apparently was completely unheard of at this property. This very unpleasant welcome and the troubles around getting the room upgrade we were entitled to made a bad first impression. As a result, we abstained from any further discussions about the breakfast which should have been included, too, and ate outside instead. A shame for a Radisson property to make your most loyal customers forego their earned privileges. The room itself was modern, spacious, clean and well-appointed. We made use of the complimentary guest laundry which worked fine. The gym, however, was very barebones, to put it mildly. Truth be told, it was an absolute joke. As the location also was not ideal (too far from any points of interest and quite a walk to the nearest metro station), we are not sure if we would return to or recommend this Park Inn by Radisson. In light of their treatment of Radisson Rewards VIP members probably not.

Xiaoxiao's service is very good. I called to ask about my stay experience. I like her. The hotel is in a good location. More parking is more perfect. I still give it a 5-star review.

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and sanitary, and the breakfast variety is also very rich. In particular, the service of Xiao Gan, a hotel staff member, made us feel very cordial! Although it was only a short two-day stay, it left a deep impression on us and gave us a sense of belonging and expectations for the heroic city of Nanchang! Next time I come to Nanchang, I will still choose Libo!

Xiao Hu was in charge of reception. The view room was average. The floor was high and quiet. I give it 5 stars. The hotel is very good. Come again next time

The hotel is very clean, the service is very good, the breakfast is also very rich, and there are souvenirs when checking out. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. There was a glass, two bottles of lotion, an eye mask, earplugs and a bunch of snacks, which was super thoughtful!

The hotel has its own independent building with a laundry room and a gym. Guests need to swipe their card to go upstairs to the guest room floor. Takeaways are delivered to your room by robots. The room is generally good and the facilities are new. The soundproofing is average, and there are some SB residents next door who are making a lot of noise. There is no need for a stress-relieving and sleep-aiding pillow. That pillow is relatively high and not as comfortable to sleep on as the standard pillow. The glass windows are not sealed well and leak noise, but it doesn't affect the sleep of the guests! It is about a 10-minute walk from Weidong subway station and about a 15-minute walk to MixC.

There are mushrooms growing in the hotel room. Are you serious?

The location of Park Inn by Wyndham is easy to find, the rooms are relatively new, there are many sofas and seats in the lobby, and the space layout is suitable. The front desk lady [Zhou Zhou] is amiable, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the room problems are responded to quickly and solved quickly. High praise! The assigned room windows face the green square with a wide view.

This is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed at in Nanchang recently. The interior decoration design style is in line with my aesthetics. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type for free and gave me souvenirs. I really like it. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable!

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are very clean, with solid wood composite floors and fresh wall coverings. The bathroom facilities are also relatively clean and tidy and not cramped. The bedding is clean. The lighting design is also reasonable, with appropriate light and shade. Electric curtains and glass windows can be opened in reverse for ventilation but there are no safety concerns. Outside the window is the large lawn with an unobstructed view. The surrounding area is within walking distance of commercial facilities. Breakfast was also good. The price/performance ratio is relatively high.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, a very good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and elegant rooms, clean and tidy, and the reception staff Xiaogan is warm, kind, considerate and thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast is rich, the facilities are user-friendly, and the overall experience is great value and satisfying.
