The hotel is right next to the yacht pier and seaplane pier. The beach is just across the road from the back door of the hotel. I stayed in a sea view room. The hotel service is warm, the sanitation is convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and play around. This hotel is highly recommended. Great experience!

The hotel is located about 3 kilometers from the city center. There are several plazas along the way to shop and eat. The breakfast at the hotel is simple but full. Some rooms have been renovated and are quite good. Reception is very warm, praise!

The location is convenient, the front desk staff is very friendly, and breakfast is included. The room is old and the cleanliness is not ideal. It seems that the previous guest left his underwear under the chair but the cleaning staff didn't find it. After calling customer service, someone from the hotel came to clean it quickly, so I didn't choose to replace it.

Hotel location is very easy to find, the room, bedding and bathroom supplies are very new and clean, arrived at the hotel early on the same day and checked in in advance, it really made the guests have a good experience. If you need to take a boat back to Vancouver in the morning, this hotel is a very good choice. It takes only 5 minutes from the hotel to the departure bay ferry terminal, which is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Nanaimo.
