服務一般。還開個ktv。時不時dj 蹦迪。整棟樓震。睡不着離開。承諾原路退款。第二天翻臉不認賬。投訴解決。酒店方表示歉意。但因財務制度無法退款。意思就是我是錯了。你能如何。
