過年回去住的，由於家裡裝修還沒完成，就定了 12 天的房，前面都還挺好，後面因為計劃有變，第十天就改提前一天退房，一共住了 11 天，按道理我原房續住就是減少了一天，沒有改變房型，確定改動後我也就沒有再管了，過幾個小時酒店客服通知我説原房被換了，説是被政府拿了，説是給我換一樣的江景房，個人認為太官僚主義了，我當時改應該就當時確認好原房型才對，哪裡有這種沒經過客人同意私自就改房的，想着最後一天我也算了，酒店和政府多多少少有關係大家都清楚，後面因為閩南初九要拜拜，我回來的比較晚，回來才知道給我從 16 樓江景房改成 2 樓的房間，比原來房型小也看不到江，樓層還低了這麼多，笑死，太晚了我也沒想計較了，最後一晚整這種幺蛾子，以後回老家有朋友來也不會在定這家酒店了

酒店算是這邊最好的了，但是熱水温度不夠。其次退房的時候給齊了房卡，我開高速的時候給我打兩次電話問我有沒有給房卡。自己搞不清楚一直給我打，害我高速超速。我真的是服了…
