The room is clean and quiet, and the price/performance ratio is good. Friendly reminder: There is no hot air air conditioner in the room. If you are afraid of cold, you may feel cold in the room when the outdoor temperature drops below 10 degrees in winter. The child at home had a fever on the second day of hospital stay. But overall I still give it a good review, after all, cleanliness is very important.

1、小區離動車站走路約18分鐘，蠻近的！
2、小區環境尚可，因為我沒抽菸，電梯內常有人抽菸，很不喜歡！
3、與他人（長租客）共用客廳，抽菸、關門及説話都很隨便，尤其房間與客廳只隔一個窗戶，真的有點吵！
4、7樓大馬路旁且在高架橋旁，車聲隆隆，客廳落地門關起來了就比較小聲！
5、房間內緊隔大樓抽氣機管道間，使用時也很大聲！
6、床上有些白色粉末，要加強清潔！
