Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Ne5t Hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. Le déjeuner était délicieux, composé uniquement de produits locaux/artisanaux. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa pendant une heure : hammam, banc infrarouge, piscine intérieure, « lit » pour se reposer, coin thé. Nous y avons passé un agréable moment. La piscine extérieure était magnifique. Un peu froide à notre goût même si nous sommes en été. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous poser dans les transats et de siroter notre verre au soleil. Nous avions la suite cosy. Spacieuse, décorée avec soin, baignoire + douche. Tout y était pour une nuit parfaite. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Germany - what a beautiful place! Lovely surroundings, great service and exceptional food - a real treat! The meal served in our room was of top quality and was one of the best we have had in a long time - and served to us personally by the knowledgeable chef. The spa was perfect - small but perfectly appointed in the arched brick cellars. We hope to be back.

Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel NEAT à Namur et ce fut une magnifique expérience. Le cadre est superbe, calme et propice à la détente. La suite que nous avions réservée était spacieuse, très bien aménagée, avec une grande baignoire et une douche, idéale pour se relaxer en toute tranquillité. Nous avions choisi l’option avec accès au wellness et petit déjeuner inclus, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Le spa est vraiment charmant, intime et décoré avec goût. L’accès limité à 6 personnes est un vrai plus qui garantit une ambiance paisible et relaxante. Le petit déjeuner était un autre moment fort du séjour : généreux, savoureux, et composé de produits locaux de qualité. On sent que tout est fait maison avec soin. En résumé : un établissement élégant et accueillant, parfait pour un moment à deux. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We just returned from our 2nd - 3 night stay at the NE5T Hotel in Namur, Belgium. Again, no disappointments at all. As before, everything exceeded our expectations. We used the hotel as a hub and made daily trips to cities and towns such as Spa, Durbuy, Dinant, Maastricht, Liege and Bastogne. This 6 unit resort sits in an up scale neighborhood, on the very top of a hill, overlooking the city of Namur. It is a restored old farmhouse made out of stone and timber. I cannot explain how amazing these units are. The design, space and decoration in all of the units are prodigious. We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom suites which includes a kitchen, dining room and family room. The resort has an outside pool as well as an indoor heated pool with a spa. As to the service, wow!!! The manager Nicholas, which is also an amazing chef, and his staff are hands on, from breakfast to dinner. Excellent customer service in all aspects at all times; very pleasant and courteous during our entire stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant to go to for dinner so Nicholas brings the restaurant to your room. We had his meals on all 3 nights in our room after tiring travel days. The dinners consist of a 3 course meal with wine pairings included in the price. They serve you as if you were in a restaurant, one course at a time. Once you are done, they clean up. And… the taste, is that of a Michelin restaurant with high end ingredients. You will definitely be amazed. Already looking forward to a future return.

Très bel petit hôtel situé dans les hauteurs de Namur. Le calme absolu! Literie exceptionnelle. Mais c'est surtout la qualité du repas que je retiendrai! Le choix des produits (principalement locaux) et des vins, les préparations et leur présentation... un tout grand bravo au chef Nicolas Renard qui d'après moi mérite un macaron.
