The location is a little far from the station, but it's a quick taxi ride away.
The building is quaint and the atmosphere was great.
There was plenty of nature to explore the surrounding area, which was relaxing.

Great hotel and location with stunning views over the city. The room I was in was spacious and very large and a great touch with the extra of bathrobes. The only downside was the very poor internet connection which was an issue as I was there on business

Le seul point négatif est la chaleur régnant dans l'établissement : très chaud dans la chambre lors de notre arrivée (T ext. : ~ 13°C) et notamment dans la SdB avec un miroir chauffant que nous n 'avons pas peu éteindre. Au bar, le soir, nous avons du ouvrir une fenêtre.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the past 35 years. We love the spot up on the hill looking down on Namur and the immense Vauban citadel and now with the Telepherique getting you downtown in 7 minutes it’s even better. We always try to dine at the hotel, being served by students from the hotel school attached. We really think the chateau has upped its game since our last stays. Our room was modern and stylish. Staff was professional and helpful. We look forward to our next stay.

The building was superb. The service and food were fantastic. I could live here !!! The bathroom was the size of most hotel rooms I have stayed in. But the main memory is the staff. Many are students and you can see they put in that extra effort to help.

La chambre était très joliment décorée, cependant la toilette n'avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée. Remarque faite à la réception qui a rectifié de suite. Et le matin, énormément de bruit dans les couloirs. Soucis au niveau isolation sonore pour moi.
