De passage pour une nuit le dimanche après midi mi août, accueil par un charmant jeune homme étudiant, souriant, avenant … Parking extérieur peu de place tarif 15 euros Chambre vieillotte, avec une grande difficulté pour ouvrir. Porte , Cabine de douche comme dans les anciens ibis Localisation 10 min du vieux namur , qui est à mon goût bof, namur ne vaut pas le détour Ville sans intérêt Petit déjeuner correct, buffet, pb avec machine à café Néanmoins Je souhaiterai souligné l attitude du réceptionniste de nuit ( dimanche au lundi) , non chaland, aucun sourire, il semblait blasé par son taf, pas de bonsoir, ni de bonjour lorsque nous sommes descendu pour le dej, des personnes comme celle ci non pas leur place à la réception . Heureusement que la jeune fille qui a pris sa relève était plus souriante et de bons conseils

The hotel does the job but... but you shouldn't look too hard! The elevator broken (I'll pass, it can happen I admit and I thank the receptionist for offering me an alternative). Arriving in this room, I was a little disappointed to realize the somewhat "old" side of the room. I also noticed the thinness of the walls (the couple in the next room must have made the whole corridor enjoy their antics... and I, too uncomfortable to report it to reception ...). The air conditioning did not work. However, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is very decent and enjoyable. I thank the staff for trying to adapt my stay to my disability

The structure is located along a main street which allows you to reach the hotel very easily and about a 700m walk from the centre. Excellent location. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We used the hotel's private car park at €12 per night, very useful if you want to go on foot and not look for parking in the centre.

It would be necessary to renovate the rooms. There were questionable stains on the curtains and walls. The bathroom was clean though. It was very noisy; my room overlooked a courtyard/parking lot and the neighbors were noisy. We could hear them very well from my room. The welcome from the team is ordinary...quite cold, whether on arrival or departure. They do the bare minimum. The hotel is well located.
