The hotel service is very good. They added a bed for us. We had dinner in the hotel. The food was served quickly and the price was affordable. The waiter was very nice. Thumbs up.

Environment: The Christmas environment is very good, with various lights and decorations, and the whole team is immersed in the Christmas atmosphere. Next to the hotel is the largest local Naivas supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping.
Service: You need to swipe your card to enter the door, and the security measures are in place

I loved this hotel. The staff are super friendly and professional. The food was very good. The hotel was very clean too. I really enjoyed everything! I didn't want to stay at this hotel because it has a more classic style, I usually like hotels with a more modern style, but I'm glad I chose this one, it was the best hotel I've stayed at in Kenya. I've stayed in 5* hotels in Kenya that were much worse than this one, which is only 4*.

Prior to our visit with 12 members of my family, my wife and I had checked on the hotel. Maryanne at the reception had taken us around the hotel in detail. We were shown the different rooms and we had made up our mind that Sarova Woodlands would be our Xmas retreat. And it came to be. Rest, eat and enjoy! And so were the rest of the family! I personally enjoyed the fish and the Indian dishes 😋.
