Pros: The room is very clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The security in the hotel is very good. There are security guards on duty at the entrance of the two buildings for 24 hours. But the street is not necessarily safe. Buy something in a small shop nearby. The security guard will accompany you with great enthusiasm. The network speed is about 200k/s, and the signal strength is OK. Breakfast is very rich. Disadvantages: The hotel is old, with two new and old buildings, but they are almost ten years old, just across the street. The room is small, there is no desk to work, but the hall is very spacious, so many tables are free to use.

A lovely location, beautiful surrounds. Rooms were well made and comfortable. Turn down service in the evening included a hot water bottle for comfort. We were there for a night. While the rooms and were comfortable and well presented, cleanliness in the bathroom could be paid attention to, upon arrival. Staff were welcoming and so friendly and very willing to help, whatever the request may be. The buffet meal was extensive, accommodating to vegetarian guests. A special thank you to Chef Oskar, who was in charge of the Indian cuisine, who was so attentive and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed the dining experience. He even made a beautiful breakfast of masala dosas and idlis for breakfast, with accompaniments to go with it. Thank you Oskar! The gift shop was a lovely curation of items for souvenirs.

Undoubtedly the view from the hotel room looking down to the the town and the L.Nakuru is spectacular! I give four stars for that - Location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the food and the view. I received a warm welcome at the gate and reception, its quite unfortunate they did not escort me to my room and demonstrate the basic orientation of the room. I was handed my key card and told where to go, carrying my own luggage. The room was clean, has a balcony, though I had to call to ask for table and chair to be set there. I had a challenge with the TV and had to call reception a couple of times before the sent someone up. My door ( I came to realize the 2nd day) had a problem with the lock. Once again after calling a couple of times and waiting I gave up and as I was leaving the person was outside, after inquiring, he tells me he is there to fix the door. I would have appreciated a courtesy knock, to let me know he had reached. Internet connectivity is good and stable, though cuts up at some parts within the hotel. Better communication between your departments and update the client so they stay informed and valued. I appreciate that the hotel was quite and serene.

I can’t stop telling my friends about this lounge. What an experience!!..we had a beautiful view from our room, great food, the ambience and the warmest and kindest staff kudos. The birthday surprise from the staff was wonderful thanks!..Can’t wait to visit again!
