I always come back to Twin Lotus every time I visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. It’s not because of the quality of stay but only because of the food. For me, Chinese food here is the best in town. Room’s spacious and bed’s OK for me. However, cleanliness and housekeeping really need more attention. I was in room no. 8011 which was very dusty and dirty. I noticed new sofa but the chair was still the same old wreck. Another point was that there was only one plug socket available in the room.

The design is very stylish, beautiful and clean. However, the bathroom uses a curtain to separate it, which cannot prevent the smell from using the bathroom. This causes the smell to mix into the bedroom.

All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center next to Lotus supermarket, quite convenient. There are many local restaurants nearby. Also, not far from sightseeing area.

The receptionist in the morning, hospitable and very good service. The room is a bit old, has a very damp smell, the mattress has ants, the pool is good, the children are very happy.

This is a fairly new hotel which is well designed and appointed. The rooms are nice and large, the decor is modern and tasteful.  The staff are very polite and efficient.  The food and bar is good however limited choice for foreigners if you like western cuisine.  Other than that it’s definitely the best place to stay in NST!

Cute little hotel, reasonable price. In front of the park Friendly staff, smiling, with service intentions. Complete facilities, strong flowing water, cool air, a little bit away from the restaurant. Other than that, all good.
