The hotel is clean even when older. Convenient in the heart of the city Affordable room All amenities in the room But the outside floor carpet starts to smell. The sudden mistake is that the theater accepts outdoor activities regardless of the internal customers. Receive a wedding by allowing the host to play music into the event with a crowd full of speakers behind the pickup truck. At 8 o'clock in the morning Repeat that 8 to 9 o'clock, the sound of the glass shaking shows that you have poor management. You have the right not to allow the host to play music but do not. Show that you don't care about the internal customers. Show that you want to have an additional income regardless of most of them are resting customers.

I had a fantastic stay at Thai Hotel. It is well-located in centre of Nakhon Si Thammarat. Shops, restaurants and other facilities are only a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I was impressed what was offered given the price. The hotel common areas and room/bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was large and I slept well on both nights. Even I stayed in a fan room, I found it adequately cool. The bathroom had everything needed for a short stay. Overall, I would highly recommend if you want a budget hotel close to city centre and I would stay again.

The third floor has many facilities such as pot, Kaew, coffee, third floor view, see the pagoda at night Phil Dee. Recommended for anyone traveling alone for me, okay, near the mall and shops next to it. It's a little lonely at night. It's a good experience 😁

Pporscheman2006My partner and myself stayed at the hotel on the 27th &28th July 2020, the hotel is new with well appointed rooms and a great breakfast area with a breakfast to match. The hotel also has lovely paintings on all floors and in the rooms and at the reception area as well as sculptures in the reception, outside at the front there are lovely gardens and a big sculpture. At night the food market for eating is straight across the road from the hotel. We will be staying at this hotel again when we revisit the city as everything was great and the service was very friendly.

AannkolesniIt’s never happened to me and my friends before at any other hotels, but the staff Hop Inn Nakhon Si Tammarat didn’t let us stay due to passport issue. As I’m foreigner, they requested my passport upon check in, what is actually normal (I also work at hotel industry). But I’m Thai resident for many years, and I always use my Thai Driving License (with passport number on it) to check in to many-many hotels in Thailand, including another Hop Inn. Showing photo of the passport in my phone didn’t help as they requested to see my visa! I did’t see any effort of the staff trying to help, they seems don’t care and not even say sorry that cannot accommodate me and my friends (by the way, for my Thai friend they agreed to accept Driving License). Weird, how staff don’t care their guests. Luckily, ee found another hotel in 5 minutes away, which was pretty nice to accommodate us without any problems.

Mmusic2536Since on May 19, I booked a room through Amp OYO and the first thing I booked a room with this place. What expected I saw in theAFL that the hotel room includes breakfast. What I decided to make a reservation and when I checked in, the staff was neat that the room includes breakfast, yes. So the staff gave a coupon to come and enter the room for 10 minutes. Reception staff called to inform that the customer room does not include breakfast. Inform including breakfast So the staff said that in the OYO system, the employee made a mistake. But if the customer wants Have to pay 100 baht per person for breakfast, so usually the hotel has to be responsible. Not that customers have to be responsible Therefore want the hotel Help with the system to be better. Because it loses the feeling of the customer as much as expected And ask for the good of the hotel Reception staff both at check-in and check-out service is very good, would like to compliment, but please improve just the wrong system to be better in case not to lose the reputation in the OYO brand.

Both the sound from the room above And the sound from cleaning due to the room opposite the maid storage room, the bathroom is wide, the bed is soft, but compared to the price, it is acceptable. Use the service again for sure. Recommendations for development 😊

Very loud Until we couldn't sleep at all, there was a brother from the next room shouting to scold that group as well, but it came back loudly. I want the hotel to have measures with this group because the accommodation should be a monthly accommodation as well. I want to have measures with these people, good service, wide parking near the city, but the noise can't really 😓
