I stayed for 4 days and booked 1 extra time, and the hotel owner refunded me $. It has everything a 3-star hotel should have except AC. Wi-Fi is often disconnected and not very useful

This accommodation is quite different from the picture on the internet. They should show as it is. They provided me with bath towel, bottle water, soap and room cleaning. That's all. No air conditioner, no hair dryer. But staffs were all nice and the location was very convenient.

For one night, an excellent choice considering the price. Small room, very basic bathroom. Close to a club with music until late at night. Restaurant with good food. Hot water in the bathroom is a plus.

Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal due to the electric water heater. Nightly loud music from the nearby club (not hotel's fault) made for difficult sleeping for me personally. Food was excellent, kitchen was open early, and overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Leon Villas. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and responsive. The food at the restaurant is great
