Stayed here for 2 days and the staff were helpful but at checkout the night staff wasn’t as helpful.

All the shops are gathered near the hotel, so it is close enough to walk anywhere. The hotel staff is friendly, the security is good, and it is kept clean. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, easily accessible by both public and private transport. There is some parking available. The conference room is clean, quiet, and equipped with modern technology. The food is fresh and of good quality. Staff are professional and friendly.

I had to travel to Nairobi for eye surgery and stayed in the Park Inn for what I thought would be 4 days. Follow up doctor’s checkups meant I had to extend and stay for 8 nights. What could have been an uncomfortable and boring stay was made so much better by the great staff who helped me enormously when I couldn’t see after the first procedure They made sure I got to and from the room when I needed to and called to check that I was ok or if I needed any food or drinks delivered to the room Cynthia at reception was particularly helpful. The staff in the restaurant too were very attentive especially Nelius but all the staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was great too . Plenty of vegetarian options were available. There were a few veggie choices on the lunch and dinner menus but I alternated with ordering from uber eats. Manager Dominic was also very attentive when he talked to all the guests at breakfast The pool is small as is the gym but was quiet enough that I didn’t have issues getting the exercise I needed under the circumstances I will stay here again

Please add soap, toothpaste and toothbrush to the bathroom for clients Incase they forgot to come with personal items… it’s good practice that other hotels do
