Nice apartments with modern facilities giving you a very comfortable stay. Clean and spacious with beautiful finishes Attendant staff are welcoming and friendly and often helpful . Conveniently situated in westlands with easy access to malls nearby. However, parking can be tricky especially when patrons are many House keeping needs to be improved - replacing beddings/toiletries, cleaning, trash etc

The swimming pool was great and heated. All staff were super friendly! Some areas in the property could be better maintained. Food in the restaurant could be better.

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour au Cysuites Très bien placé dans Nairobi ! Les appartements sont immenses et spacieux Le personnel est au petit soin ! Très bon petit déjeuner Cadre exceptionnel, et la piscine est génial ! Un vrai plaisir de réaliser 9h de voyage et de passer le début d'un séjour dans cet établissement Je recommande à 100% De plus nous avons eu le taxi compris avec l'hôtel Vraiment top !

Place coming to age, water pipe broken in the first night flooded to place, limited cutlery cookery, pool is a public pool makes it impossible to swim or find a place after 10 am, friendly and responsive staff, gym was ok and usable, location and security good

The staff are amazing and very welcoming…The general atmosphere is so overwhelming and the rooms are world class. Its location is well centered ..very calm area…you can access anywhere from here….The hot swimming pool and nice restaurant is top notch …we’ve been coming here for 2years…you won’t regret your experience …you feel at home

The only negative remark is that there were stains on the wall -like someone killed a mosquito or another insect on the wall.
Also, it would be nice if the apartment had mosquito net on the windows. While there was some net around the beds only, it didn’t stop mosquitoes from being in the apartment and seeing that there is no air conditioner, opening the window is necessary. I was bitten so much by mosquitoes at night in the living room. It was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, great customer service and really good hotel for the price.

We loved our stay here ! It felt really luxurious with the heated pool and restaurant / bar open all day - there was also a gym and they had their own tourism company who offered a range of trips. Also it’s a great location - we would have loved to stay longer !
