Although it was hard to find, the staff were kind and the building was clean, making it a very nice place to stay.
Breakfast was served in the annex.

It's not that clean. The air-conditioning doesn't work. I was changed to a different room. Even that air-condition didn't work. The reception lady was nice enough to provide fan. But customer service not that great. The toilet was particularly dirty. One light didn't work so it was quite dim in the toilet. Only provided 1 towel. Had to ask for one more. Seems like they don't check the room properly before giving to the guests. If some effort is put in, this hotel would be a nice place to stay in.

Front desk service is good, room is dated, just good for a one night transfer stay. Boma inn is a cheaper version of the Boma hotel, you got what you pay for, so no complaints. You can use the facilities in Boma hotel. Tembo restaurant is good too.

The location is convenient. It is very convenient to call Uber. You can choose to start at Boma Hospitality college, which is a hotel management college. It is a business affiliated to the hotel group. You can see many uniformed students passing through it every day.

Stayed 1 night before we left for safari and one on return from safari. It was very basic but good for what we needed. They really do need seats outside in the garden area though because it’s a nice area. You use the hotel next door for meals and pool etc which was a luxury hotel. So you had the best of both. Only 20 minutes from airport and very central to be picked up for activities or safari.

I stayed two nights and it was okay! For the price, the hotel was adequate and clean. The room was a little dated, the outlet was loose (meaning my adaptor didn’t stay plugged in and charging electronics was virtually impossible), and I had billing issues. The hotel didn’t record my deposit so I was double charged. This took 40 min to resolve in the morning and I had a flight to catch; I’m supposed to be refunded in the next two weeks. On the plus side: it’s gated and I felt safe, there is an ATM on site, and it’s a short walk to the Boma Hotel. Tip: if you have any drivers picking you up, tell them ‘I am saying at the Boma Inn, which is next door to the Boma Hotel.’ Both my drivers were confused and went to the Boma Hotel. All in all, would I stay here again? Maybe.

Sadly this place was incorporated in my Kenyan Safari trip. Set in a compound with a catering & hospitality college run by the Red Cross, one would imagine great things. The receptionist was lovely & greeting was great. That was it though. Everything else in this place is run down & desperately in need of a refurbishment. Very annoyingly & which I’d not been made aware of, meals are served across the car park in the very trendy Boma Hotel. It’s great in there but then one has to saunter back to the depressing Inn. I booked through Africa Safari Trips. Request a different place. I wish I had.
