The location’s not too bad, but the traffic on Ngong Road can be bad, especially if you have a flight to catch. There was some construction work being done in the rooms next to ours, my wife was unwell and the banging noises didn’t help! We weren’t informed about it either - called reception but didn’t get any feedback and the noise continued. Other than that, it’s a comfortable hotel.

The hotel is clean. Room is decent sized. Breakfast has good fusion of western and local food.

Very good place to stay, safe and comfortable. Near some shopping plazas, but friend told me not going out at night. Excellent breakfast and many choices for dinner. Staff were very nice.

We were only there for one night, but the service was very good. Breakfast had a good selection. The restaurant also has a good selection. The rooms are OK. It was quiet. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit sluggish. Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened. There is a pool that is beautifully landscaped with plants.
