I have stayed at this apartments at least once a year since they opened (I was their first customer) but over the years the place has not had any maintenance done and/ or change of mattresses. The mattresses are worn out and the spring coils really hurt, it was so bad that I had to put my clothes and towels on the bed! When it rained, water was leaking from the roof into my room and I am sure they are aware because the wooden tiles in the room are loose. There is black mold and paint dust and chips everywhere but they don't care! you as the guest is the one breathing it in not them. They have your money afterall. I requested for a late check out (for 7 pm) which is charged at half rate but at 5 pm, I tried to go out to the shops and security would not let me out because the lady at the reception had instructed them so (never mind my luggage was still in the room and I only had my phone with me) So, I went back to the reception, settled my bill and was allowed out. I went back to the room and got a notification that my flight had been delayed by 2 hours but the lady at the reception wanted me out by 6 pm, so I did. I wish the Management would spend atleast one night in their rooms so they would experience the discomfort they are putting their guests through
