Great conference space. Great professional service by Auriel at Kilimanjaro ball room. Highly recommend. Great breakfast spread as well. Ken from conferencing was very useful in Coordination. Kudos! Overall, greatly recommend the conferencing space.

Their services are top notch 👍and the staff is very friendly and respond faster .Their environment setting is magnificent with amazing lighting and it is spacious enough to chill.Their food is scrumptious 😋 with a lot of variety to choose from.

The food has been lovely and generally the staff very collaborative. The halls are also great for hosting events. My only negative take is maybe they should increase their chicken offerings, they were so sweet but very limited. Thank you to Radison

Excellent environment for business, facilities are properly designed. The team is professional from the reception, to waiting teams at the cafeteria, the restaurant and the business Lounge to the clearing team that made sure the room was spotless the moment you leave the room. Security is also excellent, very polite yet very strict on their work, makes sure that the car is checked properly. There is also enough amble parking that is also under ground that keeps your car safe from both theft and the environment.

Recently stayed at this hotel. Everything was top notch from check in , to the cleanliness. Restaurant staff was amazing and always keen to attend to their guests............Food was fresh & flavourful Breathtaking views and calm atmosphere at the executive lounge! Audery was always there and very kind & helpful when I needed anything. Being a foreigner and not knowing around , I wanted to explore some entertainment joints. She not only suggested some but also wrote them down for me . SUPERB Will definitely be visiting every while I'm in Kenya.
