I have loved my stay here . The customer service is honestly great. My regards goes to Sharon who really took good care of me and my best friend. I would also like to thank Mercy for her warm welcome when we were. Checking in. She's a kind soul. Radisson blu your services are exceptional. The three days I had were of more memories created especially from Coldryne, Joseph and the entire team(chefs, front office etc). Radisson blu hotel is the best place to be. It is located in cool place which has the best view. Was there for a meeting on Thursday and I loved the meeting rooms has natural light, and was spacious for us to fit in without forgetting the washroom.

What a memorable experience with the Radisson Hotel Nairobi. Had a warm welcome upon arrival and supported all though my process of checking in. The exceptional services I received at the restaurant was phenomenal. The most memorable was my experience at the lounge, the professionalism displayed by one of the staff (Roseline) was top notched. Always looking forward for such experience.

We stayed here as a stopover on our way to Masai Mara, and were pleasantly surprised. At check-in we were greeted with fresh juice and attentive reception hosts. Dinner and drinks in the bar lounge were excellent. However, breakfast was amazing - and I hate buffets (it helped that we were the first to arrive)! Fresh fruit, delicious coffee, and foods that will suit most pallets. We only had one night so didn’t get to use the rest of the hotel’s facilities. This was a good location for our guide to pick us up the next morning to begin our journey on safari.

Top notch service, brand new hotel, extraordinary staff specifically Immaculate Mbite for checking on us and asking what more can be done to elevate our experience in the hotel. Every morning I enjoyed seeing the jacaranda trees across the hotel.
