The services were amazing. The people were friendly. The food was niice. The rooms are beautiful. The floors are clean. The scenery was beautiful. The workers are well groomed. The food is ready on time. There is 24hour services at your doorstep. The conference room is well lit.

The food was delicious,I enjoyed the tilapia,very enjoyable,my family really loved the grilled chicken, (definitely looking to try it out on my next visit),and the staff was very welcoming. Planning on visiting the hotel very very soon.

The room was large with clean and with fresh bathroom.The morning breakfast was early coffee in the lobby was good, and the hotel sets it out early in the morning and leaves it late in the morning.The location is perfect surrounded with good attraction centers like the Nairobi National Park just 1km away.The staff were amazing and went extra mile to ensure we enjoy our stay.We plan to return to Park Place Hotel next time I highly recommend this hotel,"Their customer service is second to none'Thank you Park Place Hotel.
