I really can't believe this hotel was so in shambles ...I hoped to get the best experience at the hotel but unfortunately I kept getting the worst experience from the hotel....My girlfriend was disappointed to get a condom at the pillow case and no stuff seemed to care enough to clean the mess... The staff and the customer service in general were rude and I promise I will never step foot at this kind of hell...If there was an option of rating this hotel 0 ⭐, I would gladly go for this option

The staff were not friendly at all and the food wasn't great either. Apart from it's proximity to Wilson Airport, the hotel is a mess. I also read that it was built by a Kenyan politician who stole public land to build it and there are videos on YouTube and News reports by local media.

Fries had a rat leg and there was a used condom under the pillows!!! the entire place smelled of mildew and dampness.When I entered my room, I was horrified to find the bed unmade, with sheets that were not only discolored but also threadbare and full of stains. The bathroom was even worse—grimy tiles, mold in the shower, and rusty fixtures that made me feel like I’d get tetanus just by touching them. Dust and dirt were piled up in every corner, and the furniture was old, scratched, and in some cases, even broken.To top it off, I spotted a cockroach in the corner of my room, which completely grossed me out. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable here at all. If you value cleanliness, hygiene, and your overall well-being, stay far away from this place. It’s a health hazard and should be shut down immediately.

The fact that this hotel was built on stolen public land by a man who has looted public money and continues to launder it through this establishment explains why staying here is a nightmare.Also, the owner of this establishment is responsible for many deaths during the 2007 genocide.

Hotel built with blood money.its a grabbed play ground for children.if you go there you are promoting a hotel built on blood money!the hotel blocks tu airstrip across,noisy ,no parking ,not safe .owner is blood thirsty ,corrupted individual.

On two separate evenings I saw rats coming out of the kitchen. I have travelled the world and experienced different situations but when you see rats coming out of the kitchen it completely destroys the reputation of this establishment. Eat at your own risk
