Worst experience in the hotel. My Business Colleague with whom I had gone, lost some money kept in "supposedly" secure environment of the wardrobe of his room. This money was stolen by the hotel staff. When we escalated the matter, the hotel staff were nonchalant and did not take up any action. They even tried to safeguard the staff who stole it. Worst experience and I hope people would look at this review and think twice of going to this place.

Had some money kept in the bag along with my passport and other documents, was shocked to find the housekeeping staff had stolen the money. Reported this to the front office and they brushed it off saying the staff had been working there for over a year and she wouldn’t do it. The matter was not escalated to management and the staff gave all types of unconvincing excuses, nobody reached out from the management side to explain / apologise. Would never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone as well. Horrid experience.

The conference rooms are spacious, and the staff is both helpful and readily available. It’s a great venue for small workshops and conferences. The hotel rooms are affordable and offer plenty of space. I especially enjoyed their one-bedroom apartments—definitely worth it.

Upon checking in, we were advised we had been upgraded to an apartment. The room was very tired and dated. The balcony door did not seal to prevent mosquitos entering. The bed was extremely hard to sleep on. We had issues with hot water. One person showered only for the next to have no hot water. Upon calling reception and maintenance attending, there was a problem with the hot water system which maintenance fixed but still no hot water until morning time. The shower screen was outside in the laundry room. The hallway noise makes sleeping difficult. Breakfast was basic but plentiful with a variety on offer. Staff are friendly. There is a carrefour supermarket approx 500m walk with a coffee shop in the complex.

Pros * Wide, clean room * Moderate price Cons * Airport transfer / I requested the airport pick-up. I was received by a different driver at the airport from the one informed by the hotel. I refused to take a ride and used the airport taxi. Later, I was told that the driver had sub-hired another car to pick me up. * Hot water / When I used the shower at night, there was no hot water at all yet it was very cold. I informed the receptionist to work on it tomorrow. I got hot water but only for a very short time, I had to continue the shower with cold water.
