Welcomed with a smile by Hellen the hostess.The lamb chops were really good and service from Catherine the waitress was really good.She was ready to help whenever needed.I would really recommend.Nelly the barista prepared very good iced Mocha.We'll surely be back for more experience.

I really liked the stay here as the room arrangement is perfect and food in the restaurant is great with varieties I loved 😍 I liked the service and hospitality of front office and in the restaurant to mention a few Jackline, Salome & Ann and the security staff as well

I came for a training of one week and the stay was really good that’a why I rated the service. The hotel is clean and the place is quiet. Food is also and the training room is well equiped for our session. The waiter called Hellen is very supportive and responsive.

I visited the private offices at Wojo located at the Mercure with friends for business.The service by Catherine was top-notch.Attention to details and always ready to help whenever needed.The private offices at Wojo are really good for those looking for a place to hold meetings.I would definitely recommend.

An awesome place, professional service. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time. Wonderful amenities and great food! It's an amazing place for holiday, resting and relaxing. Everything was seamless from checking in to the rooms, the meals and all services were five star. An amazing place out of this world. The restaurants have a variety of African and global dishes. The bar is sufficiently equipped with the best of the best drinks you can get.

I had a wonderful stay! The service was outstanding, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The gym was well-equipped, perfect for my workouts. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this hotel!

I love the hotel, a great scenery of Art - Napenda and felt home. The rooms are spacious and clean. My bed was comfortable. Variety of food, i was spoilt for choice and the services from Jackline and the rest of the team was amazing. I felt secure at Mercure Hotel and am happy to come back and recommended for anyone who would like to experience these and more :) 🙂
