The hotel is quite new, the front desk and lobby guys are very good and smiling.
The only thing is that there are no restaurants nearby. But the hotel also has a restaurant.

Ужасный сервис, они не смогли постирать вещи в течении двух дней, никто не несет ответственности за это , они просто забыли это сделать. Говорят подождите несколько минут подождите несколько минут, так мы ждали 2 часа в лобби отеля. В итоге они принесли мокрые вещи, которые естественно невозможно одеть перед сафари. Так же у них проблема с наличными деньгами, при заселении они сказали мы вернем сдачу на след утро, но у них не было наличных 40$ в кассе и так же было ожидание 2 часов с утра, чтобы они нашли 40$ …

A good hotel with great staff who really take care of you. Shout out to Samuel and Valary at the front desk, Eunice and Ann at the restaurant and George and Cavin who keeps my room clean no matter how much I try to mess it up. This is awesome team with awesome people. Smiles all round 24/7. Asante Sana kwa wonderful experience

The hotel is amazing beautiful rooms and amazing restaurants especially the roof top one. For the love of food the buffet was mouthwatering and friendliest staff I could believe we have such hidden gem here.i had the opportunity to meet the gm and she was down to earth and kind I highly recommend this jewel.i will be back

The hotel was amazing and the stuff were the best. From Stephen and Andrew at the reception desk to Chef Alex, Chef Daniel, Raphael and Jane at the restaurant to George at room service and not to forget the guy incharge of the sauna. The food was alot and delicious, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable (especially the pillows) the swimming pool was heated, the gym is well equipped and the sauna and steam was my favourite. Had the best week there and I am definitely looking forward to coming back. And let's not forget the views from the rooftop and my room. The express way looked beautiful at night.

My goodness I have not been happy for the longest okash has crowned my year with goodness. The service excellent from the reception Zena hotel service Jane with her gorgeous smile makes the food even tastier Raphael is warm and welcoming therses also ANNE she lights up everyone's heart. There's also Aaron . If excellent was a person the staff here would be it. Excellent Excellent💯 Excellent💯 am so Happy's

All the services offered here are amazing . I really have had a great experience. From the reception service to delicious meals and excellent room service . I would love to appreciate Raphael and Jane for their warm reception at the restaurant.
