The hotel is very new and the decoration style is very modern. The breakfast is rich in variety. But the service needs to be improved. I ordered hamburgers and pasta in the restaurant at noon and waited for an hour before they were served.

Here are some details for your information：
Reason why you should not stay unless they could change:
1.picking up us from NBO termination to the hotel like 20mins for 5k and even no water provided when picked us， while i happened stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Mobasa only charged 3.5k with iced water and 1 hour trip.
2.the room has some smell from its new facility，very distinguish as i step in， the towel on top shelf of the shower room always has the same smell，very uncomfortable
3.what im most mad at， was someone took away our one set of brush， slipper，and the welcome chocolates. just because we dont need them for one night，i found it on the second day leaved a note with tip，someone only took the tip away but dont give me what i asked for.
4. One of The elevator has been broken since the second day and sometimes two of them, luckily I am only given room on the 3rd floor
Good thing is: the coffee is kinda okay and the table in the room is kinda remarkable
