The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and easily accessible by Uber. Security is excellent and safe. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the first floor is delicious and reasonably priced.
There's a supermarket just 800 meters away, making it convenient for buying coffee and other items. This is a very good hotel with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

I'm Japanese.
I stayed one night on the day of arrival, and then four nights in between, including a safari.
All the staff were warm and very helpful, waving goodbye every time they left and were very friendly.
The hotel and room were incredibly clean, and I didn't see a single bug.
The room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, two bottles of water (for double use), amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, a kettle, and more, so there were no inconveniences.
The shower had hot water even late at night, and the water pressure was satisfactory.
There is a restaurant on the first floor, and we tried it, and the food was delicious and not too expensive.
Because it's in a residential area, there are no supermarkets within walking distance, but the staff were really kind and the hotel was great, so I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Nairobi.
This is a hotel that even Japanese people can use with confidence.

The location is a 7-10 minute drive from the city center, but there are traffic jams. It is more convenient to take a motorcycle. The construction next door is underway until 6 pm. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome set provided upon arrival. The bed linens were fresh and immaculate. This hotel is definitely the best value for money in Nairobi.
First, the hotel itself is very new. The rooms are spacious and come with refrigerators, air conditioning, and small balconies. The Wi-Fi is also the best I've ever had in a Kenyan hotel.
Also, the staff greets you warmly upon arrival and departure. Security is also very strict, with guards present and even check-in required. It's excellent, ensuring no one will wander in and cause trouble.
The hotel's location is also quite convenient, making it easy to get around. A taxi to Chinatown for 200 shillings and the CBD for 300 shillings. It's a place filled with birdsong and flowers, and not too noisy or bustling.
The only downside might be the average breakfast. For just over $20, there's nothing much to eat besides scrambled eggs with yogurt and sausage. It would be better to take a taxi to Chinatown for breakfast.

Pros
The room has tea, coffee, water, safety deposit box, tv etc.

Cons
If your room is under the restaurant on floor 6, you can hear scraping chairs from the bar above, ask to move to a lower floor.
3000ksh for breakfast ($23!). I wouldn't pay this in Europe, never mind in Africa.
Laundry very expensive - what would have cost me $68 from the hotel, actually cost me $13 by getting it done outside at Smartfua Laundromat who collected and returned it within 24 hours.
Cant pull curtains all the way across so some light will get in.
Restaurant
The food was okay on the first night (chicken), however on the second night I had the lamb chops, one was okay, the other had that odd ***** taste of old lamb/lamb which has been frozen a long time.
They have good deals on drinks, good service in the bar and the restaurant service was very professional and efficient.
Overall, I would book this hotel again.
