I loved the service.....the hotel stay was owesome with magnificent room appreciation. Very clean, effective and commendable room service. Infact having Hermosa as our host for the wedding was the best choice we could have ever made. The poolside reception killed the show. Thank you to the management.......

This was an amazing experience. We had our wedding and an amazing stay for 3 days I highly recommend Hermosa for your travels throughout East Africa . I also hear that they organize safaris.... Can't wait to do that in our next visit. The poolside reception for our wedding was spectacular.....

The weather was good for the outdoors, so we sat in the pool area. The facility has a nice outdoor, under beautiful trees. We enjoyed our sandwiches and coffee. The waiters were alert and gave good service. There is ample parking. Can pass by for a meal or accommodation.

A comprehensively well run establishment! The back of house clearly supports the front of house remarkably well - to the point that I was inspired to leave a monetary gift for the entire staff to show appreciation for the hidden figures who I did not have the privilege of meeting. In the front of house the folks that I met and were particularly impressed with included Corazon with a professional and welcoming presence, Mary with great humor and a willingness to push me on my poor Swahili, Warren our unwavering friend and host, Manyalla the friendly face at breakfast making us feel most at home, Benson the indispensable gentleman, Stephen the very capable and helpful manager, and Nelson the truly welcoming, affable, and approachable host. I am certainly leaving others out (sorry!), but by the end of our two week stay the staff felt like family, and I have no doubt that their professionalism will make you feel the same no matter how long your stay.

This is great hotel with wonderful facilities and fantastic staff. We really enjoyed our stay the suite was beautiful and really comfortable. The pool was great and my family enjoyed the spa. Service was spot on. The reason I gave four stars and not five is two fold. 1. we asked thew hotel to book us a taxi and they wanted to charge $US 120! We ended up getting an Uber that cost KSh 1,800 (equivalent to $US 14) 2. On some mornings they did not set up the breakfast buffet as the hotel was quiet, which I can understand but on those occasions the breakfast quality was poor.

We only went to the spa and booked in advance. Many of the treatments were not available per their PDF summary and also on site. The massages were good, my sisters a bit to firm, despite asking to be softer, but the odd bit was we had the coffee scrub which was great, but we had to walk through reception in our coffee scrub state, with our messy towels to get to the changing room/shower area. We seemed at odds as to which way round the process would work ie scrub, shower, steam and then massage, or massage then steam. All seemed a bit clunky, but good at what they did. We had to pay. if we wanted to stay longer and use the pool, that was empty and a bit soulless so did not bother.

It is a very quiet, safe place with a very well-kept house and a lovingly tended garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even with questions which go beyond the hotel services. We wish the entire team all the best and much success for the future. We'd love to come back.
