The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

We had a very comfortable stay at Broadwalk Residency. The apartments are well designed, and beautifully equipped. The views of the city are stunning, and the staff is kind and helpful. Broadwalk Residency was close to our daily haunts - sightseeing and the Sarit Centre, for shopping. Overall, when we visit Nairobi again, we plan on staying at Broadwalk Residency, since we had such a positive and comfortable experience, this time.

Great value for money. We stayed in a large apartment with terrace and plenty of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Naivas supermarket right below the apartment building, gym and sauna available as well. Floors were a bit slippery - especially when stepping on small carpets in the apartment. It might be worth considering adding rubber sheet under those carpets to prevent sliding.

We were a family of four who arrived late in the evening from the UK after a long flight and it was the perfect place to spend a couple of nights before continuing our travels. Fredrick and Denis in reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. The place was safe and spotlessly clean. The accommodation was spacious with good views. There is direct access to the food hall and shops on the lower floors. In all, this is a strong recommend from me.

There was a feeling of space enjoyed at Broadway residence that escaped the usual hustle and bustle of the city. Asserted by Linda , the team was more than helpful with the little sudden mishaps. A shout out to Charles for following through as promised on the sandal fixing. Hope the glue holds as well as the teamwork softly issued by krina and Anthony towards future stays at Broadwalk residences. Maybe next time the heated pool won't escape us!
